INTRODUCTION

Many of us don't really think about what we eat until it affects us, somehow, in a negative way. We may look at ourselves one day and realize, "Oh my goodness! I'm fat!" or we may find out that our cholesterol levels are dangerously high, putting us at risk of getting a heart attack. But until something like this actually happens, a healthy diet does not even enter many of our minds.

This tour will hopefully help some of us to take a second look at our diets and realize that it affects our lives tremendously. In order for our bodies to function correctly and effectively, we must take care of it, and diet is one of the most important factors of effecient bodily functioning.

On this tour, you will see what a balanced diet should be like, the connection between breast cancer and diet, one person's experience in her struggle to correct her diet, along with other diet's that have been used and circulated throughout the nation and maybe even the world.
